ICS Technologies, Inc. is a corporation established
in the District of Colombia in 1984 by a group of engineers with
extensive experience in contract management, government commodity
procurement, and system development in the IT, medical environmental,
and agricultural technologies. Since its inception, ICS has successfully
completed numerous contracts for the US Agency for International
Development (USAID), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC), US Army Corps of Engineers, and other Host Country contracts
in several regions around the World including the Middle East, Africa,
Asia, and Eastern Europe. ICS is a small business employing fewer
than 100 full-time professionals and a large number of consultants
on a project-by-project basis. ICS headquarter is strategically
located in Washington, DC Metro area, with subsidiaries and affiliates
are representing our interests in five developing countries in different
regions of the world...
The main expertise of ICS lies in Systems Integration,
Contract Management and Procurement Services in the fields of Information
Technologies, Networking and Communication Solutions, Healthcare
Information System, Medical Equipment Planning and Upgrade, Environmental
Protection and Agriculture. ICS management capabilities range from
managing turnkey deployment projects, procurement, and logistics,
to implementation of technical assistance project requiring professional
training of the end-users and related personnel.

ICS Technologies, Inc.
Our headquarter is located at 6663A Old Dominion Drive, McLean,
VA 22101. This office provides corporate and management supports
for all our international operations, and comprises the Core Team
of ICS. This core team develops the strategic plans for company's
businesses, monitors the potential projects issued by the sponsors,
assigns the implementation of the project to respective division,
and provides all financial and logistical support for project preparation,
submission, implementation and delivery of outcomes.
ICS Cairo, Egypt
This office was established in 1986 to service ICS's contracts in
Egypt. This office is located in New Maadi area and managed by Mr.
A.M. Younes. This office is fully staffed to service the project
of modernization of the Alexandria General Organization for Sanitary
Drainage (AGOSD) and the several procurement orders under the USAID
Healthy Mother Healthy Child Project. This office was instrumental
in completing the project for the total automation and localization
of the Customer Information and Billing System for the General Organization
of Greater Cairo Water Supply
ICS Amman, Jordan
This office was established in 1987 to service ICS's contracts in
Jordan. The office is Located in Shmesani area and managed by Mr.
Bashar Arafat. This office was instrumental in managing several
of ICS projects including The Primary Health Care Initiative (PHCI)
Project; the computerize of the Amman Stock Exchange and the Jordanian
Central Depository. The office is also staffed to service the 5-year
contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).CDC
Logistic Support Services contract..
ICS Moscow, Russia
This office was established in 1994 when USAID started its Environmental
and Energy Conservation Program in Russia, launched by VP Gore.
ICS was awarded 15 of these contracts out of 45 small contracts
issued under this program. Our company implemented its projects
in ten different cities in Russia. ICS-Russia office is located
on Leninskiy Prospekt, and is managed by Mr. Alexander P. Zhukov
in providing in-country support for all ICS's activities in Russia
and the NIS. Our office in Russia is closely associated with NIS
representative of Varian Corporation of Palo Alto California and
Geophysical Data Systems of Moscow.

ICS Jedda, Saudi Arabia
This office was established in 1996 to service the contract for
the Pilgrims Accommodation Project in Mina. The office is located
on Medina road and is partially staffed to provide ICS with services
regarding the warranty for the Mina project together with marketing
and procurement activities in Saudi Arabia. ICS was awarded the
management contract for the Mina Tent Pilgrims Accommodation Project.

This office was established in 1999 to service the computerization
of University of Mali, The office is managed by Mr. Walid Chalach
and is fully staffed to provide technical support to the University.
The office will be used to manage future contracts for ICS in Mali
and other African countries
